Fish Pollichathu

Ingredients

A. 

1. 1 kilo fish (Preferably Karimeen or any other rish).

2. Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon.

3. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon.

4. Coconut milk -  1 1/2 cup (from 3 cup of grated coconut)

5. Tomato - 4 medium size

6. Salt - as necessary.

B. Masala

1. Chilly powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon

2. Turmeric powder -  1/2 teaspoon

3. Pepper powder  - 1/2 teaspoon

4. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon.

C.

1. Oil - 1 tablespoon.

2. Button Onion Sliced - 1 cup

3. Garlic flakes - 10 nos.

4. Ginger - 1 tablespoon (sliced)

5. Green Chilly - 10 nos. (slit)

6. Curry leaves - few.

Method

Clean the fish and make gashes on both the sides.  Mix the masalas and spread this on both sides of fish and keep for 30 minutes.  Saute onion, garlic, ginger, green chilly, curry leaves, 1 teaspoon pepper power, 1/2  teaspoon turmeric powder in 1 tablespoon oil and remove from pan.  Fry the fish lightly in the same oil.  Cook the fish in a closed pan with sauted onion-garlic-ginger-green chilly-curry leaves and 1 1/2 cup of coconut milk. Add salt to taste. When the curry boils, add sliced tomatoes and lower the flame. Cook for 5 minutes. When the gravy thickens, remove from fire and serve. Garnish with curry leaves and fried cashew nuts.

The Joomla! Project has assembled a top-notch team of experts to form the new Joomla! Security Strike Team. This new team will solely focus on investigating and resolving security issues. Instead of working in relative secrecy, the JSST will have a strong public-facing presence at the Joomla! Security Center.
