Ingredients:
- Wheat Flour – 1 cup
- Gram Flour – ¼ cup
- Jaggery/Sugar – ½ cup
- Milk – ½ cup
- Cardamom Powder – ½ teaspoon
- Salt – A pinch
- Oil – For frying
Preparation Method:
- Mix wheat flour, gram flour, and salt thoroughly.
- Add milk gradually to form a smooth batter.
- Melt jaggery (or sugar) in a little water and mix it into the batter.
- Shape small balls from the mixture and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Sprinkle cardamom powder over the fried balls, cover, and let them absorb the flavor.
