Champayka Squash

Ingredients:
Champayka – 1kg
Sugar – 2 kg
Water – 1 ltr
Citric Acid – 30 gm
Yellow colour – a pinch

Preparation method:
Heat the champayka in water. When it is boiled, crush well. Strain well and get the liquid. Caramalise the sugar well. Add citric acid to this. Add the champayka juice to this when it cools down. Add flavour of your choice and pour in different bottles.
