Ingredients:
- Grated coconut – 1 cup
- Green chilies – 2 (chopped)
- Ginger – ½ inch piece
- Salt – ½ teaspoon
- Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- Small onions – 2 (optional)
- Coconut oil – 1 teaspoon
- Mustard seeds – ½ teaspoon
Preparation Method:
- Grind grated coconut, green chilies, ginger, salt, and small onions in a mortar & pestle (or mix in a blender) to a coarse paste.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add this tempering to the chutney mixture and mix well.
- Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with dosa, idli, chapati, or rice porridge! 😋
